Trademarks

A motion to delete a registered trademark may be filed within 5 years from the issue date if the registered mark was not eligible for registration, or if the registered mark causes unfair competition or confusion. A motion to delete a registered mark based on fraudulent grounds may be filed any time.

Opposition may be filed within three months from the publication date of the allowance.
